Orders under $35

A small shipping fee will apply of $4.90 for standard tracked shipping.

Orders over $35

Free standard tracked shipping applies.

Express shipping is available for for a small fee of $9.90

Express Shipping (Next Day) guarantees are currently suspended by Australia Post due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Express Shipping still remains the fastest way to receive your parcels, but current circumstances mean Australia Post can't guarantee next business-day delivery at the moment.

How long will my delivery take?

Regular orders: 2-7 business days for delivery.
Express orders: 1-3 business days for delivery.

How do I track my order?

To track your parcel, please firstly check your fulfillment email
from us to confirm who your carrier is. Simply click on the tracking
number included to be taken through to the tracking website (either Sendle or Australia Post).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sorry sweets, once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

Useful information

Place your order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your order will be picked, packed and sent by 11am the following business day.

We send parcels on businesses days (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm). Any orders placed on Weekends and public holidays are sent out next business day.

Billing and Payments

Which payment methods do you use?

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Do you offer Afterpay?

We sure do! Afterpay allows you to pay for your order over four equal instalments, due every fortnight.

What are AfterPays requirements?

You must be living in Australia and be at least 18 years old;
Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract;
Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number; and
Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase.

Does it cost me any extra?

Not when you purchase.

The only fees applied to shoppers are late fees. This is when your
scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, you don’t log-in to your Afterpay account to make your payment.
