How we ship your Skincare
Orders under $35
A small shipping fee will apply of $4.90 for standard tracked shipping.
Orders over $35
Free standard tracked shipping applies.
Express shipping is available for for a small fee of $9.90
Express Shipping (Next Day) guarantees are currently suspended by Australia Post due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Express Shipping still remains thre fastest way to receive your parcels, but current circumstances mean Australia Post can't guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment.
Authority to Leave explained
Unless otherwise stated or indicated by you in the shipping/customer notes, all orders are sent with Authority to Leave permissions for your parcel.
What does this mean for you as a customer? Your parcel will be left in a safe place for you if no one is home and without signature. We highly recommend that if you do not have a safe place for our delivery drivers to leave your parcel, that you advise us in your Customer Notes (at checkout) to send your parcel with ‘Signature Required’.

To track your parcel, please firstly check your fulfillment email from us to confirm who your carrier is. Simply click on the tracking number included to be taken through to the tracking website (either Sendle or Australia Post).
