We are so confident in our products that if you are unsatisfied with your order we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you received your order. Please email us at hello@scorpioxsun.com within the 30 days so we can resolve any issues you may have.

In order to receive a refund, you are required to return the product to us at your expense. We recommend you use registered post / insure your parcel as we will not be liable for missing, lost or damaged parcels.

If you’re returning an item that was part a bundle, you will not receive a refund for the full priced product, instead the amount with be adjusted to reflect the price in relation to the discounted price of the Bundle.

This guarantee is only open to genuine customers, who act at all times in good faith and with integrity. ScorpioxSun Skincare reserves the right to cancel any guarantees where we believe the customer has acted dishonestly or fraudulently.

 

Missing Items
